Foster Homes

Our foster homes are the life blood of our rescue. Since we do not have a physical shelter, we rely on our foster families to be able to provide a home to the animals we save. COFAS needs foster families to offer temporary care to dogs and cats waiting for adoption. Veterinary care is provided as is food for foster animals and any necessary crates, bowls and supplies. All we need from you is a loving home! 

Foster parents are required to be able to drop off and pick up their fosters, or make necessary arrangements, for adoption events in either Loganville or Athens (of course you’re always welcomed to stay with us during the adoption events, too!).

Volunteer

Of course! We love our volunteers! We could use help at adoption days and fundraisers. If you have experience in marketing/ advertising or are a motivated fundraiser, we are in special need of your help! We also need drivers to transport pets from animal control offices as well as to and from vet visits. Volunteers must be 18 years or older, unless accompanied by an adult.
