Vet Spotlight

At Circle of Friend’s Animal Society we are very fortunate to have some amazing veterinarians and animal clinics, whom we work with regularly, that go above and beyond the call of duty! We just don’t know what we would do without them!

This is by no means all of them but we wanted to give a shout-out of appreciation to a few of them!

batesIn Watkinsville, we are lucky enough to have Dr. Bates- who recently opened his own private practice, Bates Animal Hospital. We view him as our surgery expert and you can tell he loves nothing more! He is always there for us, willing to squeeze us in or come in after hours and has infinite patience for all of our questions!

In Greensboro, we have the wonderful staff at Durham Veterinary Clinic. They are so great to our organization. They help run one of our largest fundraising events every year, the Dawgy Dash, as well as frequently collect donations (both monetary and needed items) for us throughout the year!

fireIn Athens, the first stop that most of our cats (and some pups) make is to Firehall 4 Animal Hospital. Dr. Middendorf and her staff provide exceptional care while testing and examining our new babies for potential health issues. They always make time for last minute calls and treat us like family!

543169291Dr. Andrews at Colbert Animal Hospital is another veterinarian who has dedicated her life to helping all animals. Her and staff provide routine shot visits and the occasional sick visit for many of our dogs. So much attention and care is given to all of the animals the take care of. We can not say enough good things about their team!

Thank you to all of our amazing veterinarians and animal support staff for all your support, patience, personalized care and most of all friendship!
